Making property more accessible w/ Chris Ferris
We recently caught up with Chris Ferris, one of the Founders at Coposit. Chris and his family were previously property developers before building the Coposit business.
We spoke to him about the state of property development, not just as a founder running a business but as a past developer. Why did he leave the development game and what are the realities of building new property in the current market environment?

Construction costs continue to rise and this will put upward pressure on new home prices, which will filter through into the entire market. We discussed the election and housing solutions from both the Labor and Liberal parties.
With inflation falling and both sides of government offering incentives for buyers to get in, we really do feel like the market is likely to rise in coming years.
